Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Affordable Picks, we strive to ensure every customer is satisfied. However, due to the perishable nature of our products (Food items), we have specific guidelines for refunds and cancellations.

1. Cancellations

We understand that plans can change. You can cancel your order under the following conditions:

• Before Processing: Orders can be canceled within 1 hour of placement for a full refund.
• After Processing: Once an order has been packed or dispatched, it cannot be canceled.
• To cancel, please contact us immediately via WhatsApp or Email with your Order ID.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and the perishable nature of our products (Natural food items), we do not accept returns once the product has been delivered. This is to ensure the safety and health of all our customers.

3. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds or replacements are only issued in the following verified cases:

• Damaged on Arrival: If the product packaging is damaged or tampered with at the time of delivery.
• Wrong Product: If you received a product different from what you ordered.
• Quality Issues: If the product is found to be expired or spoiled upon opening (must be reported within 24 hours).

4. Verification Process

To initiate a refund or replacement:

1. Contact us within 24 hours of receiving the delivery.
2. Provide clear photos and a brief video of the unboxing showing the issue.
3. Our team will review the claim and respond within 24-48 hours.

5. Refund Processing & Fees

Once a refund is approved, it will be initiated to your original payment method (bank account, credit card, or wallet) within 5-7 business days.

• Restocking Fees: We do not charge any restocking fees for approved returns or replacements.
• Return Shipping: If a return is required due to our error (wrong item/damaged), we will cover the return shipping costs.
