Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Affordable Picks, we take pride in the quality of our products. Due to the perishable nature of food items, we have a strict refund and cancellation policy.

1. Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it by contacting our customer support. Once the order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.

2. Returns

We do not accept returns for any food products once delivered, due to health and safety regulations.

3. Refunds

Refunds are only processed under the following circumstances:

• You received a damaged or tampered package (proof required).
• You received the wrong item.
• The item was spoiled/expired upon delivery.

If you encounter any of these issues, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. Upon verification, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or provide store credit, as per your preference.

4. Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. The time it takes for the amount to reflect in your account depends on your bank/payment provider.
